Will is the Managing Partner of Fasken’s Vancouver and Surrey offices, and is responsible for the overall operations in the BC region. Passionate about providing exemplary service to clients, Will is constantly looking for new ways to build on the firm’s already client-centric culture. To ensure the firm sustains a strong presence in the region, and attracts and retains top talent, Will assumes a leadership role for developing and maintaining the Fasken brand. This includes supporting a wide variety of community endeavours from assisting in times of need to partnerships and events that involve the entire firm.
Christopher Hirst

Chris assists construction industry clients in the management of procurement issues, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, and the resolution of builders’ liens and other construction based litigation. His construction experience includes a very active professional liability practice and Chris defends design professionals in a wide range of error and omissions claims and disciplinary proceedings.
In addition to his construction practice, Chris provides environmental advice and litigation services to a broad range of clients including a major Canadian oil company, various construction industry participants, as well as maritime clients.

Experienced in tech, HR and leadership operations, Rocky is one of Canada’s most passionate advocates on the NoW of Work. He supports the notion that technology, a sharing economy and the connected generation has dramatically changed the way companies attract, engage and retain their people.
Rocky brings 10-years of executive HR and operations leadership in large enterprise organizations, including 5-years of startup tech experience. He held the role of Vice-President and Head of Corporate Innovation for the BC Tech Association before co-founding the NoW of Work Inc.
