James specialises in the ability to re-organise and set quality standards, reduce costs and increase turnover. Working with high technology applications is second nature and he prides himself on superior stakeholder management.

With a service-mindset and determination to improve workplace experience, Joel is striving hard to make great spaces for Xeros to do the best work of their lives.

She has over 20 years’ experience globally as a design leader and consultant working extensively on a wide range of global workplace, commercial, industrial, retail, luxury residential and government projects. She specialises in strategic planning, client briefing, all aspects of design through to delivery.
Cassandra has an extremely strong work ethic and commitment to any project, combining a high level of design skill with an ability to communicate with all parties in a manner that engages, uncovering the client’s needs, purpose and strategic goals, resulting in functional and inspiring spaces. She is writer and regular expert presenter on the future of workplace at conferences such as Workplace Wellness Festival and Space IQ: Return Agile.
